  • Yes, we require a booking fee ( deposit ) to secure your booking and reserve our team's time and resources for your project. The deposit amount may vary depending on the scope of your project and will be communicated to you during the booking process.

  • In most cases, the deposit is non-refundable, as it is used to secure our team's availability for your project. However, we understand that circumstances may arise, and we will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests for deposit refunds on a case-by-case basis.

  • If you anticipate running late, please notify us as soon as possible. Regrettably, we may be unable to extend your appointment to accommodate extra time, as this could disrupt subsequent appointments. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain our schedule.

  • We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. To provide the best service to all our clients, we kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.

    If you need to cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. While we strive to accommodate our clients' needs, cancellations within this timeframe may result in a cancellation fee.
