FAQ
What are the Booking Fees & Cancellation policies?
ALL packages require a 25% Booking Fee (Or if booking 1Hr, payment is due at time of booking) for Photography Sessions over 1Hr.
$500 Booking Fee required for Wedding Packages in order to secure booking. There are no refunds for booking fees. This policy is NON-NEGOTIABLE. However, you are able to reschedule your session should you need to. Rescheduled dates will be determined based studio's availability.
Can I bring someone with me to my session?
Sure! Please limit guests to 1 additional person! All guest must wear masks and/or provide negative COVID19 testing within 48Hrs of your session. It is humbly asked that your guest do not interfere with the session, and maintain a supportive role throughout. Should an additional guest be needed such as for makeup or hair, please discuss this with your photographer.
Can I order prints of my photos with you?
Sure! If you'd like, we can create a print package for you as well. All packages include digital downloadable album of your pictures. Also, you may feel free to order additional prints using whatever service you desire.
Will there be a second photographer?
Depending on the package and event, there may be a second shooter. However, the price of your package includes additional photographers if needed.
Can I extend the session on the day of?
Yes, you may extend pending conversation with photographer. Additional fees of $75/per hour required. Up to 2 additional hours allowed by extension. Payment for additional time will be taken before extending the session.
How soon will I receive my pictures?
After your session, please allow 14-21 business days for processing to receive your pictures. All pictures will be sent via digital album with ability to download. Oftentimes, photos are received within a week for smaller sessions.
What about Destination Weddings?
YES! We are more than willing to shoot destination weddings or events. Specifics will be discussed with your photographer including providing a reasonable quote for services.
What happens if I am late or miss my appointment?
If you are late, a late fee of 50% of your session's total will be accessed to your session if you wish for your entire timeframe to be honored. Otherwise, your session will end at the time stated in your calendar appointment. (Ex. If you book a session from 3:30-4:30p, and arrive at 3:55pm, your session will still end at 4:30pm unless you extend your time.) If you miss your initial appointment, an opportunity to reschedule will be provided, pending availability. There will be no refunds of booking fees.
